Proposed Organization of a Society to Operate Against the Irish Dynamiters.

Pittsburg, Feb. 7.—The Times will print tomorrow an interview with George Tilbury, of London but more recently of Hongkong and San Francisco, who is here, he says in furtherance of a plan to organize an association of retaliation against the Irish dynamiters within the powerful society of St. George in this country. Tilbury says:

"The American people will have the liveliest interest in the business about which I am engaged when they get to know it all, as they will before long. But really the time has not yet arrived for me to take them into my confidence. I can say, however, that a private social organization of Englishmen will soon decide upon the advisability of disposing of the question of international interest that neither the Government of the United States nor that of Great Britain seems at present unable to handle. Englishmen in this country have not only been horrified by the dynamite outrages at home, but they have burned with a desire for revenge upon the guilty miscreants who have prompted and perpetrated them. For a while we cherished a hope that the United States authorities would break up the nest of conspirators here, but the events succeeding the London explosions have convinced us that no relief is to be expected from that quarter. I was in San Francisco on my way home from China where I have been for many years, when the last attack of the dynamiters was made. On the evening of the day when the news arrived the plan was formed which I am now pursuing, and shortly we anticipate that a retaliatory association of Englishmen will be in successful organization throughout this country. In the Society of St. George we have a most encouraging nucleus for such an order."
