Hustings Court.-This Court despatched a great deal of business yesterday. Wm. J. Walker, charged with stealing clothing from Henry Lazarini; Dominick Biccigaluppo, charged with receiving a lot of tobacco stolen from R. R. Puryear; James Ranch, August Hufnor and John Crouse, charged with stealing a cloak from Mrs. T. V. Moore; John Cunningham, charged with picking the pocket of Mrs. Wm. Morrison of $90; and George Eagle, charged with receiving 10 bushels of corn and 16 grain bags from the Confederate States, were severally examined and sent on to the Judge's Court. Wm. J. Miller, charged with receiving a cloak stolen from Mrs. T. V. Moore, knowing the same to have been stolen, was acquitted and discharged. Peter, slave of N. M. Lee, and William, slave of N. M. Lee, were tried for stealing a lot of tobacco from R. R. Puryear, and found guilty and sentenced to be whipped.
