Resident Nurse At St. Emma

ROCK CASTLE, VIRGINIA-Miss Viola Claytor, of Richmond, has been appointed Resident Nurse at the St. Emma Military School. Miss Claytor completed her training at the St. Philip Hospital School for Nurses, Richmond, in 1935, and served as a department head at the same hospital until she assumed her new duties in charge of the infirmary at the Rock Castle boarding high school. In addition, Miss Claytor will teach first-aid and health courses several hours each week. The cadets at this agricultural and vocational school are boys whose ages range from 14 to 18 years, and many are long distances from home. It should be reassuring to their parents to know that the health of the students is under such competent supervision.
