Disturbances Increasing.

Dublin, Nov. 20.—Accounts from various parts of the country assume that the land league is steadily breaking up. The state of the country is still disturbed and demoralized. The combination against the payment of rents is extending, being joined by those who do not pretend to be under the influence of the league. In some cases tenants who do not pretend to be under the influence of the league decline to pay more than Griffith valuation, and in some cases decline to pay rent at all unless an abatement is granted.
