A Good Showing.

At a meeting of the Stockholders of the Chaptico Hall Association on April 8, instant, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year:

President—Geo. R. Garner.

Secretary—S. S. Reeves.

Treasurer—Webster B. Herbert.

Directors—John B. Key, Sam'l Hayden, C. L. Johnson and Jno. C. Reeves.

At a Directors meeting held afterwards, a dividend of 10 per cent. on the Stock was declared. Also, at the suggestion of the Stockholders, it was decided to increase the Capital Stock for the purpose of making an addition to the Hall and a committee of the ladies was appointed to solicit the additional Stock.
