BOAT STOLEN FROM CLUB DOCK SUNDAY MORNING

Small Craft Stolen From Mooring at Ironton Boat Club Dock at Foot of Center Street Early Sunday.

A boat belonging to John Workman of this city, was stolen from the Ironton Boat Club dock at the foot of Center street, sometime early Sunday morning, and late last night, searchers who had traced the craft as far as Portsmouth, were unsuccessful in their efforts to learn more of the route taken by the thieves.

The boat was of a small deck John-boat type, and had a small outboard motor.

Calls sent down the river had traced the boat to the locks at Greenup at four a. m. and it was reported that the craft went by Portsmouth at six o'clock.
