The Carlists Suing for Peace.

MADRID, September 8.—The Carlist General, Dorregary, pursued by the royal forces, has passed through Barcelona with fifteen hundred men, he had lost his war material. Subsequently he reached Burgos. The Biscayans are renewing manifestations in behalf of peace and refuse to pay taxes levied by Carlists. The rumored negotiations for peace are unfounded.

The Madrid Epoca says a thousand ex-rebel soldiers, who have given in their adhesion to Don Alfonso, have been enlisted and will leave to-day for Cuba.
