MUST MEND HIS WAYS
Ben Gerlich to Be Given a Chance to Reform.
Marshal Donahue went to St. Peter today and got Ben Gerlich, as the latter's trial on the charge of truancy was to have taken place this afternoon. He must attend school regularly.
The proceeding was started under the 1905 law instead of the 1907 law.
