It appears by a translation in last evening's Post, that the Buenos Ayres privateer Constitution, had been wrecked, and the crew taken in their boats and carried to Tarifa. These men, says the Post, were enlisted in Baltimore in March last, and by the 14th article of the treaty of 1795, between Spain and the United States, may be dealt with and punished as pirates.
The privateer mounted 18 carronades, and had 114 men. Her captain is Elisha D. Brown. She sailed from Baltimore on the 27th of March; has a Buenos Ayrean commission, No. 177, dated 24th of June, 1818, to cruise for one year, and signed by Jose Irigoyen and Juan Martin de Pueyrredon.
