A gunsmith in Chicago named Rudolph Sevic was arrested before daylight on the morning of July 26, and is now behind prison bars under bonds of $8,000. He is charged with being the individual who furnished dynamite to the conspirators who intended to assassinate the three officers most prominent in the Haymarket prosecution.
