THE STRIEBINGER CASE.
An Attorney Sues for Fees for Prosecuting the Suit.

The sensational divorce suit of John J. Striebinger and Mary Striebinger will again be forced upon the notice of the court by the filing of a suit by Vernon H. Burke for the recovery of $2,051.60, which amount the plaintiff claims is due him for services rendered in prosecuting the suit. A coincidence is in the fact that Attorney Dawley was Mrs. Striebinger's counsel during the hearing and was opposed by Attorney Burke, while Burke has chosen Dawley as his counsel in the suit to secure judgment against Striebinger.
