TO GIVE FELLOWSHIP FETE
In the midst of a "Job Opportunities" campaign, the Youth Councils are also preparing for the second annual inter-racial Fellowship dinners.
Taking the lead in preparing the dinners are the North Detroit and North End Youth Councils. This year the North Detroit Youth Council is having their dinner at the St. Retta's Community House, October 27 and the North End is giving theirs at the local Y. W. C.A.
Marilyn McDonald is in charge of the dinner for the North End group and Thelma Johnson of North Detroit Council.
As Co-workers, Miss McDonald has Elizabeth McClinney, Almeth Thomas, Mary Greenfield, and Katherine Friar. Miss Johnson's co-workers are Mabel Ferguson, Nesbitt Patton, Mary Teasley, Laurence Risker and Leonard Troutman.
Gloster B. Current returned from Akron early this week, where he addressed the Ohio Youth Councils' state conference.
