MEETING OF THE DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE.

The Democratic Executive Committee met last night, with the chairman in the chair. The chairman said the meeting was held for the purpose of giving the candidates an opportunity to put up the money for the primary, and to select judges and clerks. After some discussion Mr. N. B. Bilisoly, Newton McAlpine and S. T. Montague were elected as judges, and Mr. E. A. Wood and J. T. Baird, Jr., were elected as clerks. There being no other business the committee adjourned.
