NEW YORK, June 30.

A BILL for the Regulation of all the American Colonies is to be brought into the House of Commons in the present Session. This Intimation was received by the last Vessels arrived at Marblehead from London.

A Committee of Gentlemen, Inhabitants of this Province, will in a few Days be appointed to meet the Representatives of the other Colonies, at the ensuing grand continental Congress, to be held on the 1st Day of September next, at a Place that shall in the Interim be fixed on, agreeable to the Measures lately concerted by the Honourable House of Representatives of the Massachusetts Bay.
