The Southern Papers contain the Address of the House of Commons to the King, in Answer to his Speech from the Throne, on the 11th of November last, (as inserted in our Paper of the 12th of last Month, together with the Address of the House of Lords, presented the next Day).
The Address of the House of Commons differs little in Substance from that of the Lords, being only a polite Return to his Majesty's Speech, approving every particular mentioned in it--assuring him that they shall with the utmost Cheerfulness, grant Such Supplies as shall be necessary for the Service of the Year, having the utmost Confidence in the Assurance he has given,--that they shall be punctually applied to the Purposes for which they were granted, &c.
