FROM ANTIGUA.

Capt. Hatch, of the brig Volant, reported under our marine head, informs that the Collector of the port of Antigua had intimated that all English vessels from neutral ports with American produce, would be allowed to enter; & the Commodore of the station, who had previously proclaimed that all English vessels coming from neutral ports, with American produce would be seized, had changed his opinion, and would permit them to enter.
