Full Text

Kept Busy. - A. W. Lee, Esq., has had five or six men engaged during the past month on his new house on Front St., and thinks it will take nearly all Summer to complete it. It will be among our finest Front street residences when completed. Mr. Lee also has to look after his three stave factories, at Hamler, Deshler and Milton Center, in which he employs about eighty men. To provide these with material to work, attend to making sales and collections, would, apparently, keep one man about as busily occupied as he would wish to be - especially in these times to collect sufficient amounts to pay all these men, and for the raw material for them to work up. He must have a different class of customers than those who patronize newspapers.
