BEAUTY UNFOLDING

Increasing Interest in the Coming Production of "Luther."

Royal trappings, quaint costumes historical dialogues, realistic stage pictures, sacred music, and allegorical processions, will form the background of the "Story of the Reformation" or "Life of Luther," to be presented at the Opera House on Monday and Tuesday evenings of next week. The story of Luther's life is the most interesting and thrilling in religious history. There is a fascination in reading the story, and to witness its portrayal, with pictures and song and to hear it from the lips of one whose eloquence is inspired by recent visits to the land where the great reformer did his greatest work, is a pleasure that will appeal to all. One of the most interesting and impressive representations will be the nuns scene in which the following named ladies appear:

Abbess Kate Ritter
Alice Carrie H. Morrison
Anna Sara Ott
Angelica Mattie V. Shields
Varonica Minnie Wynters
Christina Lida Prince
Sarah Adda A Wincher
Catharina Von Bora Edna Baurd
Isabella Mrs. Herbert Riheldaffer
Agnes Kate I. Lawson
Dorothy Carrie Read
Ursule Clara Meyer
Josephine Cloda Serig
Cecelia Alma Barber

Novices Hilda, Jeannette Baird; Annie McKelvey, Mamie Cowl, Aggie B. Cline, Grace Schwarm, Anna C. Juergens, Sara Browne, Mary B. Redman, Belle Johnson, Della T. Wilson, Helen Perkins, Emma Israel, Cora Olmstead.

A pleasing adjunct to this scene will be the solo rendered by Mrs. Herbert Riheldaffer. Besides there will be four other scenes represented, equally interesting. To give an idea of the uniqueness, and literary features of this production would be an undertaking almost impossible. The whole accoutrement is so variedly complete that the pictures lingering in the auditors mind is striking indeed. An unusual interest is evinced in the production. The sale of reserved seats opens on Friday morning at Baumer's music store. There is every indication that there will be a large demand for seats.
