Warning his hearers that Sin will uncover you in the very spot where you don't want to be uncovered, and embarrass you before the whole world" the Rev. Taschereau Arnold, widely known evangelist and associate pastor of Vine City Baptist Church, delivered a stern sermon Sunday morning at West Oakland Baptist Church, Bush Mountain, Rev. F. E. Harrell, pastor.
Rev. Mr. Arnold was very frank in telling his audience that we are living in an age when some people can talk their religion by the mile and won't let you see them live it by an inch stating that many today are trying to pretend that they are religious only because they have heard about the H-bomb and its destructive power.
He also pointed out that a man will some time pretend to worship God when his stomach needs food but when everything is all right the same man will shake his fist in God's face.
Pastor Harrell lauded the message and invited Rev. Mr. Arnold to visit a church he pastors in Austell, Ga. West Oakland church on the march under the able leadership of Rev. Mr. Harrell.
