WOMEN WEARING EARS UNCOVERED: FASHION'S DECREE

All Chicago was paging Anthony Comstock when the city received its biggest shock since "Aphrodite." Men were blushingly gazing upon a bit of feminity they have rarely seen before women's ears, For they are wearing 'em on the outside now, according to the latest decree of Dame Fashion.

Only the upper portion is covered by the hair.

"It would be too immodest to display the whole ear," said Madam Louise, a beauty expert.

"Part of the ear will remain a mystery for a while."

On the lobe of the ear the dear sisters are adding a dash of rouge to make the shell-pink pinker. It gives charm and a subtle suggestion of vivacity, they say.
