THE FRAUDULENT STOCK OF THE NEW-HAVEN RAILROAD COMPANY.

New-York and New-Haven Railroad Company agt. Schuyler, Cross & Co. and others.

This is a motion brought by the New-York and New-Haven Railroad Company against all the owners of the spurious stock issued by Schuyler, for the purpose of determining the respective rights of the claimants and the Company in one suit. Whether this could be done, or whether the Company was to contest substantially the same questions in more than three hundred suits, was the question before the Court, raised by the demurrer of one of the defendants to the complaint. The demurrer was overruled, and the action of the Company sustained.
