BURNSIDE CUBS TO PICNIC AT PEOPLE'S FOREST
The members of Burnside Cub Pack, No. 1 decided at their last Pack meeting to hold a picnic on Sunday, July 28 at People's Forest, Barkhamsted. The picnic is not for the Cubs alone, but also for the families of all who can possibly attend.
The group will meet not later than 8:45 a. m. and travel by auto to the picnic grounds. Transportation will be provided for those who do not have cars.
The next official Pack meeting is scheduled for Thursday evening, September 19th. During the summer the boys are trying to interest other Burnside boys in becoming members at that time.
