BOSTON, June 23.

The following article is from Claypoole's Philadelphia Daily Advertiser, of June 17.

A gentleman who left Baltimore last Thursday, informs that dispatches from the American Commissioners at Paris had been received there, and sent on to the President at the city of Washington—and last evening it was said, that a vessel had arrived at Baltimore (direct from France) with an account of a Treaty having been concluded on.—We give these merely as reports, and shall only observe, that the Baltimore papers of Friday are silent on the subject.
