Cincinnati, Aug. 23.—The Hamilton County Democratic Convention, held at the Bellevue House, nominated the following ticket: For Congress, District 1, John F. Follett; for Congress, District 2, Adam Kramer; for Probate Judge, Isaac Matson; for Sheriff, Morris H. Spillard; for County Solicitor, Otway J. Cosgrave; for Coroner, Dr. J. W. Pendergast.
The following resolutions were adopted by the Convention:
"Resolved, That the Convention of the Democrats of Hamilton County indorses the National platform and the candidates there nominated, and the Democracy of Hamilton County will give its undivided support to Grover Cleveland and Thomas A. Hendricks.
"Resolved, That the Democratic party of Hamilton County, Ohio, most loyally indorse the bill offered in the House of Representatives by Hon. John F. Follett, Representative from Ohio, granting to every honorably discharged soldier of the Union army one hundred and sixty acres of land from the public domain, without the condition of settlement thereon, before such grant shall be made."
