In Race For Constable

J. N. Brooke of Avondale was a Buckeye visitor Thursday afternoon and announced his candidacy for the office of Constable on the democratic ticket for the Buckeye precinct.

Mr. Brooke is a successful farmer of the Avondale community, where he has resided for the past 21 years. Prior to this time, Mr. Brooke states he served on the Los Angeles police force for 17 years.

If elected to the office, Mr. Brooke stated, he would establish his residence in Buckeye.
