The New Orleans Picayune of the 18th, contains Havana news to the 11th, received by the Cocksspur.
General Concha has offered a large reward for the apprehension of the assassin of Gen. Castanedo.
The correspondents of some of the New Orleans papers give the details of some scenes enacted at the funeral of Castanedo. A row occurred, and an attempt was made to prevent the burial of the corpse. The Bee has a rumor of two being killed. Castanedo had been threatened with assassination, and had been constantly watched.
