Improvements.

Judge R. F. Simmons is having his residence on Main street improved.

Mr. M. C. Mims will soon begin the erection of a new residence where his present one stands.

The Baptists have an offer of $700 for a building lot off their church yard. The trade will doubtless be consummated in a few days and the erection of a handsome residence begun.

The Baptist building committee have about decided to erect their new church during the coming fall. The Methodists have bought their lot and will build next spring.
