Extract of a Letter from Madrid, Nov. 10.

The Art of Printing, which was formerly very much neglected in this Kingdom, has been flourishing some few Years; and we now send Works from our Press, which, in Point of Typography, are no Ways inferior to the finest Productions of Foreign Press. However, as this FINE ART has not yet reached the Degree of Perfection whereto, by Industry, it may be carried, the King is going to establish an Academy for training up a certain Number of young Gentleman, so as to make them excellent Printers, by instructing them in diverse Sciences, to qualify them for the Works wherein they may be employed.
