BROCKTON MAN SHOT IN FRACAS WITH SHOTGUN

Samuel Longee, Brockton, was injured slightly Easter morning in a minor fracas involving a 12 ga. shotgun. Longee was taken to Trinity hospital in Wolf Point in the early hours of Sunday morning and treated for a gunshot wound in the left ankle.

Investigation, conducted by John Bushman, agency special officer, and an FBI agent, revealed that the early morning shooting accompanied an argument between Longee and Thomas Daniel Martin, also of Brockton. Martin reportedly fired one shot lodged in Longee's ankle, the shotgun into the ground and investigation is still in progress.
