NEWFIELDS BEAT SAINTS.

By a grand ninth inning rally the Newfields defeated the St. Joseph's in a well played game at the Meadows yesterday 4-3. Frank White was in rare form for the Newfields letting the Joes down, with five hits. His team gathered twice as many off Jack Coffey. In the ninth inning with the score 3-2 in favor of the Joes, Ernie Seyfert and Wendt were sent in to bat for Parks and Mohs. Each drew a pass and advanced on a double steal. Seyfert scored on White's double and Wendt scored a moment later when Dunbar laced out a single.
