Letters from Constantinople, by the Way of Vienna, bring Advice, that the Sultan of Bialogorod's Conduct on the Niester this Campaign is highly applauded; that the Janissaries who hate the Grand Vizir, on account of his Severity towards them, have form'd a Party in order to get him depos'd, and procure the chief Command of the Army for the Sultan of Bialogrod; but they add, that it is very much doubted whether they will be able to gain their Ends, because of the great Influence which that Prime Minister has over the Grand Seignior.
