Boleman Accessory to Embezzlement Case is Begun.

In the case of the State vs. W. K. Boleman, charged with being an accessory to embezzlement, the following jury was selected and sworn to try the case: D. F. Richardson, foreman; J. T. Bryant, S. Frank Sutton, T. S. Hubbard, F. B. Lee, S. M. Chapman, W. T. Ramey, W. E. Holcombe, Walker Wyatt, E. B. Keese, W. W. Hale, F. H. Burley.
