MONTENEGRINS ARE NOW IN SCUTARI

FOLLOWING DESPERATE ATTACK CITY WAS TAKEN AND TURKS SURRENDERED.

Cettinje, April 23.—After a final desperate attack, the Montenegrin troops forced their way into Scutari at 4 o'clock this morning. The Turkish commander signed the act of capitulation after the Montenegrins had reached the center of the city.

Scutari is in Ruins.

Vienna, April 23.—The greater part of the city of Scutari is in ruins as a result of the six months' bombardment of that city, according to dispatches received here.
