Library Language Courses Popular
The Eastern Shore Public Library's language courses have been offered for several weeks, and quite a number of people have shown an interest in them so far.
There are several studying Spanish, French and Russian. The German course will be offered shortly. The courses are studied by means of books and records and last about 26 weeks. At the end of the course, the student who applies himself is able to speak, write and read the language.
New books processed this week are: "Your Income Tax" by J. K. Lasser. "And Promenade Home" by Agnes DeMille. "Moonlight at Mid-day" by Sally Carrighar, "The Peter Townsend Story" by Norman Barrymaine.
