FOR THE WATCHMAN.
BEWARE OF COUNTERFEITS!
It is understood, that a scheme is on foot in this borough to dupe the Republicans of the County, by circulating tickets in imitation of the Red Lion ticket with Federal names on.—A scheme so fraudulent, and which, in point of principle, is as deserving of infamy as the forging of a bank note, deserves to be marked by the contempt of every good man in the community. Let the people be upon their guard, and set at nought the contrivers of this unprincipled design.
