Annual Meeting of Chamber Thursday

The annual meeting of the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce was held last evening in the Williams Memorial Building. Annual reports were given and officers elected.

One of the matters considered was the banning of the sale of fireworks in town. Although the matter was discussed at a recent meeting, action was postponed until the annual one. Colonel Anthony Sunderland of the Connecticut State Police recently wrote to President Martin L. Roser encouraging his efforts.
