Strikes Traffic Light Control Box And Upsets Works

When Frank Stanford, 30, of 115 High street, SW, drove an automobile into a control box at the intersection of Courtland street and Auburn avenue early Tuesday morning, he put several traffic lights out of commission, police reported.

At a hearing in Recorder's Court, Stanford was bound over on charges of being drunk, reckless driving-accident and failure to have a driver's license.

Policemen said he was driving a car, listed in the name of L. E. Ivey, of the same address.
