Full Text
We are not in the habit of discouraging compositors; but we think the author of the following story had better not branch out in the literary world for some time yet. If it is her first effort, all we have to say is, that it is a very poor one.
We publish the story as we received it through the mails, with no name attached. The author who styles herself "Peachie" may be very well known to the readers of the Sentinel, but we must acknowledge our ignorance of her abode, but we think if justice was done, her abode should be in the school room for some time.
The "story" came to us without a title. We decline giving it one, and we also decline publishing all such nonsense in the future.
