Full Text

La Junta is proud of her schools and the general sentiment seems to be that there is no occasion for making a change in their management or conduct.

Those who desire to inaugurate new methods and infuse new ideas into our public schools have failed in their attempts heretofore to secure an endorsement of their plans, and we believe will be equally unsuccessful at the school election to be held next Monday.

A vote for R. W. Patterson will insure a conservative, harmonious and business like administration of our school affairs.
