Return After Month At Hot Springs, Ark.

Three Mingo countians, sojourning in Hot Springs, Ark. the past month, returned Tuesday afternoon.

Before his departure for the famous spa, County Clerk Elmer Ferrell signed a notice of his withdrawal as a candidate for the Democratic nomination for sheriff.

On presentation of this notice to Circuit Clerk W. A. Curry his name was omitted from the ballots for the May 11 primary.

Returning with Clerk Ferrell were Deputy sheriff John Jesse and his father, Bill Jesse.
