The following is a copy of the most authentick list now handed about of the arrangement which is to be made immediately after the holidays:

Master of the Horse, Duke of Marlborough. Lord Chamberlain, Duke of Portland. Lord Steward, Lord Gower. Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Duke of Manchester. First Lord of Trade, Lord Halifax. Postmasters General, Lord Besborough, Lord Grantham. Treasurer of the Household, Lord Edgecumbe. Comptroller, Lord Charles Spencer. Cofferer, Lord Scarborough. A long list appeared in one of the daily papers yesterday of the arrangement which it is said is to take place after the holidays, wherein Earl Temple and the Hon. Mr. George Grenville are set down as Secretaries of State, and most of the other departments to be filled in the same manner as before the last change in the Administration; but another morning paper of this day positively asserts that there is not the least foundation in truth for any part of the aforesaid list, and that it is a gross lie of the day.
