Membership Have Now Reached 140--Meeting Next Sunday.
The Italian Political Independent Club of Hudson County held its third meeting at No. 186 Eighth street, Sunday evening. President De Mau was in the chair. The roll of membership now numbers 140.
President De Mau made a speech which consumed nearly two hours to his fellow countrymen. They applauded him again and again.
Mr. N. Fiorentino, president of Finanzi Lodge, was introduced by the chairman. He spoke for nearly half an hour and assured President De Mau all the support that could be given him.
The next meeting will be held at No. 401 Fourth street on Sunday, April 8, at four P. M. All who wish to become members are cordially invited to attend.
