The importance of Market street bridge as a traffic center was shown this morning, when it was estimated that the number of vehicles and automobiles passing over the bridge on Saturday and Sunday is more than 3000. Coming of summer has increased the number of pleasure conveyances using the bridge, while the number of automobiles has doubled. During week days, with the exception of Saturday, the number of wagons, buggies and carts going over the bridge is estimated at between 1800 to 2100. Of week days, Monday is apparently the busiest.
