Full Text

Extract of Letter from Ratisbon, March 16.

"It is probable that the general armistice between the Russians and Prussians, will be followed by a separate peace; but it is believed the new monarch of Russia is strenuously endeavouring to bring the Empress Queen also to a reconciliation with the King of Prussia. In the mean time it is computed, that the Prussian troops employed against the Russians, including those made prisoners, but actually released, amount to about 20,000 men: So if the war continues, the King of Prussia must regain the ascendant over Austria."
