Judge Marshall Will Have the Irregularities at Superior Investigated.

DULUTH, Minn., July 30.-Judge Marshall of the circuit court of the Eleventh judicial district of Wisconsin has called a grand jury to sit at Superior Aug. 18, to investigate all irregularities in the city of Superior and county offices in the past six years. The order is understood to be the result of the investigation of Mayor Starkweather of Superior, and it has caused considerable consternation among officeholders. This is the first grand jury ever convened in this district.
