A Murderer Confesses His Crime. - Austin, July 13. -- Badaracca, the Silver Age murderer, who so persistently asserted his innocence at the recent examination, and whose trial was postponed until the October term, yesterday signified his wish to be taken to the Court-room. There, he confessed his guilt. Although this event creates considerable astonishment, it is regarded as the most satisfactory manner in which an otherwise inevitable, lengthy and expensive trial could be shortened, and the only way in which legal proof of the man's guilt could be obtained.
