A New Paper.

Miss Lizzie St. Clair Dill, of Indianapolis, has issued a prospectus for the publication in that city of a "Family Newspaper, devoted to Literature and News--the Useful and Beautiful."

We are glad to see this determination on part of Miss Dill, and hope she will meet the encouragement she so richly deserves. Many of our readers will recollect Miss D., as she some years ago was attending school at the St. Mary's of the Woods. She is a lady of many intellectual qualifications, and we have no doubt entirely competent to accomplish so great an undertaking as the publication of a literary newspaper in the West.

The price of "Miss Dill's Gazette" is one dollar a year, payable in advance, and our citizens should encourage this enterprise by sending a large subscription list from this city. Our lady readers will certainly be liberal in their subscriptions.
