Full Text

Letters from Cadiz, by the last Flanders Mail, advise that the Court of Madrid had ordered the Men of War, in the Several Ports of Spain, to be disarmed; and a Ship arrived Yesterday in the River, in twenty Days from Seville, brings the same Account. However, it is well known that the Spaniards have lately sent several Men of War to the West-Indies, at different Times; and perhaps their laying up, at this Season, those that remain in the Ports of old Spain, may be intended as a Deception, or they may want Sailors to man them.
