SIX KILLED, 18 INJURED AT FAIRBANKS

FAIRBANKS. Nov. 13.--(AP)--The Ladd Information Office reports six persons were killed and 18 injured last night when a C-47 plane crashed into a B-50 bomber on a take-off. It said the C-47 careened off Eielson runway into the bomber.

Both planes burst into flames and were demolished

The C-47 was assigned to the Alaska Air Command based at Elmendorf Field, Anchorage. The B-50 was one of five from the 43d Bomb Group which flew to Alaska on Wednesday from Davis Monthan base, at Tucson, Arizona.
