'Tis said the 2d Battalion of the Royals, and Col. Fraser's Highlanders are to be posted at the German-Flats, where there is now a very fine Stone Fort erected; that Forbes's, Lascelles's and Webb's Regiments were to be quartered at New York and Connecticut. and that General Wolfe, with Amherst's, Anstruther's, and Bragg's Regiments, lately returned from Gaspee, were to spend the Winter with us here.
